Petro Andriushchenko, the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, reports that there are problems with fuel in the Russian-occupied city, too.

Quote from Andriushchenko: "It’s Day 3 of this interesting fuel crisis in Mariupol. The maximum amount is 20 litres of petrol per person. There are queues. Moreover, the price of fuel has started to increase. Local people are complaining that there are ‘speculators’, but this is no surprise. This is just the Russian administration. It will get more interesting further."
